a community of practitioners

How many paying clients have found you through the NCTMB's link / Find a practitioner?

Just curious.

To my knowledge, NCB has never sent one to me or any of my therapists. Not one of my therapists or friends that are therapists have ever mentioned having had anyone sent to them through any contact with NCB.
I changed my question. I am contemplating re-certification.

Your original question was a more accurate reason to re-certify or not. All I can tell you is I will not be re-certifying unless I see a lot of change. I do not like the way they sue states. I do not want to hear about any more of that.

Thanks for your reply. My gut instinct says "no" to re-certification. What's next? Your massage school holds you hostage and demands money to "re-issue" your credentials that you paid for and worked hard to earn? I don't know about the politics. What's up?

Cut through the politics. Two options, if you are a member of an association in Florida, ask them to go to battle for you.

If they are part of the problem go to Lynda Solien-Wolfe and the Florida Massage Therapy Board. File a complaint if you have to. Those schools are state sanctioned, hold them accountable.

No clients have found me through any find a practioner link that I am aware of. I pay for one and the other two have been through NCB and AMTA in the past. Now I just joined AMBP last week and they have one also.
I was AMTA for a decade and I never got one client through the association.
