How to submit session info for Disability claims in PA

Specifically looking for suggestions from massage therapists

and craniosacral therapists and myofascial therapists in PA

Pennsylvania...

I have been contacted by the PA dept of disability determination

because of one of my clients...

I would like some ideas on how to respond especially

with doing mostly craniosacral and fascial work.
