I think 10:00 am -10:00 pm is the best time for the work schedule...Its the time to start the work with full of dedication and also this is the time when you can do your work fast with last impression as well..
Well, I would love to work 3-4 times a week, and work with clients that need results in things like carple tunnel, copd, lupus, fibromyalgia, I am not good with spa stuff. 4-6 massages a day. I am also a Cosmetologist, and would love to full other days doing, facials, waxing, mani/pedis. I am nearly 50 and find a day of doing 8-10 massage a day 5 days a week do not work for me anymore. I also, like regular clients who I see all the time, for some kind of security!!! for incoming work and personal security.
similar to a nurse's schedule. work a few days straight, off a few days to focus on other initiatives includes rejuvination/health and wellness training (perhaps teaching/coaching)
