Important info for visually-impaired MTs and bodyworkers

Hi all, I'm hoping you can help spread the word on a great new resource for our blind and visually-impaired colleagues!

We just started making Massage & Bodywork magazine available in a text-only version so it can be used with screen readers like JAWS. It's available on the ABMP website here, and includes issues all the way back to 2008.

If you know any blind or visually-impaired therapists who aren't on Massage Professionals, please let them know about this new resource! We're hoping it will prove helpful, since the digital and hard copy versions of Massage & Bodywork magazine are often inaccessible for those who need the help of a screen reader to access the content.

Thanks for your help in spreading the word!

Wow, koodos to you all. Though I don't have trouble myself, I can't wait to let the mt's I work with know.

Thanks for this heads up Abram! And I hope everyone checks out the September/October issue of Massage & Bodywork online at ABMP.com. The cover package is rich with insights from blind therapists and clients about bodywork considerations. Enjoy!

As a Visually Impaired therapist, I was very excited to see this article in my August/September issue I got in the mail today!

Sorry, September/October issue

This is also REALLY useful for anybody who is not visually impaired, but maybe has a slow internet connection or some other reason to just want a fast-loading, no-frills, plain text version of the articles. :)
