Incidencs of Morton's Feet and Sciatica

Morton's Feet are said to occur in 25 % of the population. 

Morton's Feet (first toe is too short and does not bear the weight of the foot, leaving that job to the second toe, (metatarsal length discrepancy) which is longer than that first toe. 

Of those clients with sciatica, how many of them also have Morton's Feet and  how do you MT's treat your clients with Morton's Feet?
