Hi everyone!  I'm currently trying to get into becoming a CKTI and I'm looking for some advice on how the process was!  I have already taken KT1 & 2 and am about to register for the KT3 class.

Also, are there other courses that involve kinesio taping besides the actual KT1-4?

Thanks so much!!!!

Some chiropractors have continuing ed in KT but there aren't a lot of MTs who are instructors. KTA will tell you that if you want to learn more, you should take 3&4 from someone who does what you do. It makes a huge difference in how relevant waht you learn is to your daily practice. If you want to find out more about what it's like for an MT to become a CKTI, talk to Pete Pfannerstill. www.ultrasportsmassage.com

I took KT 1&2 in 06, Then took KT 1-4 from Pete in '10. Got a lot more out of his class than I did from the OT who is a hand surgery specialist that taught my first class.  She was knowledgeable, and thorough, but most of what she was talking about just didn't apply. Talk to Pete.
