We've all heard it. Now is the time to realize it. For those of you who have an establishment... let me clarify...Those of you who lease/own a building/storefront... What is it that drew you to that location? Why was it "the one"? And why did you just have to have it?

My Location was just there.. I needed the space, the price was good... I am on a major street .. drive by is fast there is no Stop light.. I do have signage but not large... I have been on main streets in a prime spot also.... as long as the building is kept up and clean that is what I look for......

Michael, My next question for you would be: Do you receive more business from walk-in traffic or from your marketing? By the way you described it, I would assume more marketing.
I do not accept walk in's for massages.. as for the school I do welcome people walking in to check the school out..
