Massage mentors and programs

I am interested if any of you have taken part in a massage mentoring program, marketing program, etc. and what your experience has been since. I am coming to several cross roads where I need some mentorship, but am a little confused on who can offer me the solutions I am looking for since some of my questions and current situations may or may not be specifially addressed. Any recommendations or feedback would be a great help.
