Massage office for rent in Snellville GA

I have had my own office for 5 years. I am looking for another massage therapist or esthetician who would like to rent the room during the week Monday - Friday. I have a functioning website for my business and great reviews. This would help a new therapist get started. 

I do appointments in the office Saturdays and Sundays. I moved too far to get there during other days. I am interested in selling the business or renting it out for 5 days a week and helping another therapist to get started with his/ her own business. This would work well with 1-3 therapists sharing the different rooms.
