Hi, does anyone know what to put down on the floor under a massage table?
I work in a chiropractors office and we have cement floors, like many places. For clients we have provided a bathroom carpet runner for them to stand on, adding soft cushion under their feet before and after being on the table. The carpet is simply not meant for commercial chiro office/ spa use; high pile- think shag - the corners of the rug lift easy, the rubbery stuff on the bottom constantly sheds and 5-fold when washed, causing the corners to become a walking hazard as it flops over on itself. Not to mention the gross hygiene of the shag length pile that collects copious amounts of soil, it's unbearable to let it go more than a week without a wash.
Anyway, does anyone know of an alternate to this unfortunate circumstance? Like a washable, durable, soft for client bare feet rug
Thanks

I would never put a porous material on a treatment room floor. Drop your oil bottle once and you really need to replace it.
Compressed cork flooring tiles, sealed well. Easy on the feet, Resistant to spills. Affordable to replace, looks gorgeous.
