I am on a venture to rent rooms to therapist on an hourly basis. Tell me what you think of these rates.

I think $10/hour is a great fair rate. You can use google calendar to coordinate between renters. It works for me. I split my room with one other therapist. We don't have set days and I think if they want a day/half day set aside for them they should pay more like rent for that time.
