Hello:  I have searched this site for discussions, trying not to duplicate or ask questions that have already been addressed.  I did find some answers to this question but they were from 2010 or something.  I am looking for something more current.  Thanks in advance.

1.  I am searching for a new massage gel to use in addition to my current one.  I have been happy with the one that I use (Biotone Pure Touch) but I am looking for something else to use when I know that there are no issues or problems with scent.  I would like to add some scented gels to my practice.  Looking for something soft, not overpowering, etc.  Any suggestions would be GREAT!

2.  Also, does anyone know of any gels/oils/creams/lotions that are good for feet?  Something that has some ZING to it?  Something that one FEELS physically on their feet?  Something pepperminty? But not necessarily limited to that?

3.  I recently received a massage recently and it felt like she was using some sort of lotion that made me feel like it HEATED my skin at first and then settled down.  (reminded me of some sort of sexual motion lotion stuff...).  I asked her afterwards what she used and it was actually just some random regular body lotion product.  Can't remember exactly what it was.  Not a "massage" lotion at all.  Any suggestions for a massage product that might duplicate this feeling?

THANK YOU!!  ~~Donna

Feet: Biotone Marine Therapy Medi-Balm. It is more expensive than other creams, but I only use a small amount and only use it on the feet. It has a wonderful aroma of lavender, litsea and peppermint. It feels light and powdery on the skin making it easy to work feet. Have yet to find anything comparable.

I'd like to thank everyone for their responses!  I'm so excited to give some of these things a try!  Also, sorry for the misspelling of massage!  Didn't even catch that till today!  ~~ Donna

I agree with you

My answers to your questions:

1) Perhaps Natural Formulations SunLeopard Deep Healing Gel may fit the bill:
http://www.natural-formulations.com/Products/Gel/Gel.htm

I know nothing about their Gels, but am adding the link to them, in case it helps.  You can scroll down the page to see three they offer.

What I can say is that I really like their Golden Jojoba Oil. And, in case it is useful, below is why I picked theirs:

I spent a lot of time researching Jojoba oils, because I have to deal with migraine headache issues and eventually settled on my favorite Natural Formulations Golden Jojoba.  I've been using it since 2011 (about 5 years now).I also put a lot of effort into this thread, Jojoba Oil Revisited , which covers most all of the questions you have asked about the smoky smell and added in some potentially useful information on the types of jojoba:  Pure non-deodorized, Pure, Deodorized, and Filtered.  There are also laundering instructions (although I just wash my sheets (generally in a 3 hour cycle, but have never had a problem with the Jojoba coming out in a regular wash cycle) with liquid All Free & Clear for my detergent.  My machine is this Fisher & Paykel.

And, I did the calculations with a gallon of the Natural Formulations oil over a period of about 3 years (I go through approximately 1 gallon per year / give or take)  and came to this conclusion:  "It is reasonable to expect to get about 750 hour-sessions from a gallon. Some people more, and some people possibly less, depending on how much lubricant you use."

2)  Bon Vitale' Foot Balm

You can purchase a sample from them for about 36¢ - http://www.bonvital.com/spa-therapy/foot-balm/bon-vital-foot-balm-0...

You can order it in large quantities though both the Bon Vitale' and Massage Warehouse websites.

I also like the I like Natural Formulations Tea Tree Foot Creme', but not as good at the Bon Vital'.

And, this thread may also give you some good ideas: best foot cream!!!!

3) Prossage Heat -

You can get it on Amazon or at Massage Warehouse: http://www.massagewarehouse.com/products/prossage-heat/
