NCBTMB Releases Job Task Survey

The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) invites professionals who represent all facets of the massage profession to participate in the Job Task Analysis (JTA) survey to review and comment on the content of NCBTMB’s exams – including the new Board Certification exam. Massage therapists, school faculty, continuing education instructors and other massage professionals are asked to identify the knowledge, skills and abilities that practitioners must possess to practice safely and competently, both at the entry level and at a level that demonstrates greater knowledge and experience. 

The Job Task Analysis survey closes on May 10, 2012. Results will be tabulated by NCBTMB’s test vendor, Pearson VUE, and released in June.
