Need simple client record software (not for scheduling)

Hi! Can you recommend a simple, inexpensive client records program? It's for the small bodywork practice my husband and I run.

We'd use it for client intake, health histories, treatment notes, and payment/package/gift certificate tracking. We do not want to use it for scheduling appointments.

We're considering Land Software Customer Pro-File. It's the right features at the right price. If you've used it, what do you think of it and why? Can you recommend other simple, inexpensive programs?

Sheryl, I use the SOAP Notes App by Eclectic DNA. It is easy to use and syncs between all my devices. It's main focus is on keeping cloud based Soap and treatment notes, but fields can be customized for other client details. The support at Eclectic DNA is great and they always responds quickly to any questions (or suggestions for improvements). I like having the information always available on my smart phone or tablet making my practice mobile and almost paperless. I do have clients fill out and sign a paper health history form, but the info is quickly transferred to the SOAP App. The one feature that is missing is a good way to track payments.
I looked at the Land Software, but it was not easily adapted to MAC OS, my computer platform. It has some features that I wish were on the SOAP App, (payment tracking), but give the developers at DNA Eclectic time, they are always adding new features. I have also used Massage Office Professional V3. It is very comprehensive, but a lot more expensive than the Land Pro-File. Again, I ruled it out because it is not MAC friendly and does not work on mobile devices.
In retrospect, I really like being mobile, having data stored on the cloud and not being limited to a computer with a hard drive.

Laurie, thanks, this sounds like a great product. I will contact the Eclectic DNA folks to see if there's a possibility of payment tracking coming soon. We need payment tracking more than we need mobility. (And we're PC people.)
