Negotiation

Came across a great little tutorial on how to negotiate, aimed mainly towards women (although, particularly in our profession, I can certainly see its use for men, too). It's mostly about salary/benefits negotiations, which doesn't always apply to us, but the gestalt is a nice bit of information.

Thanks Erica, I've saved it; never know when it might come in handy.

I've heard over and over again that one reason women are still making .70 cents to every dollar a man makes is because we do not negotiate our salaries.
