Out-Call massages, need some tips or advice

Hi,

I am about three weeks away from getting my license, if everything is in order, and I am planning on doing out-call massages as well as working with someone. I was hoping someone could give me a tip on how to do my business cards for an out-call based clinic. What I am thinking of specifically is 1., how do I put that I do out call on my business card to make it not sound, well, sleazy? 2., I do not have a clinic, therefore no address to put down, and I do not think it is a good idea to put down the address to where I live. Should I just put the city where I live? This is just so that people have an idea of where I come from, so they do not start calling me from a place that are hours away.

The second thing I was wondering about, is there an easy way to find out what cities I can perform the massages, as I know some places prohibits massages in the home. I figured I would make a list over the cities as I go along, but was optimistically hoping there were an easier way than making phone calls to every new place I visit.
