You should be able to just sign up with your state's WC division and submit bills.  What state are you in?  You have to follow their rules and guidelines for billing.  They are usually different than most other insurance companies.

Thanks for your replay Ms. Onofrio,  im from NY, and billed W/C. and they replayed
