Pulmonary embolism

Does anyone know any contra-indications or have suggestions about working with someone who has recently had a pulmonary embolism?  She's out of the hospital (as of early last week) and I'll be checking with her doctor but I wanted to know if any of you have had experience with this.  She's in her mid-70's and is otherwise quite healthy.  I have CranioSacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage Therapy as options too.
