Record Keeping

I'm a new MT and am wondering how you more experienced folks keep records of your work. I volunteer, work at a spa, and would like to work for myself at one point, but want to have one system that tracks every session I've done over the years. What information do you track (number of massages, modality, volunteer/paid, if paid how much, etc.) and what information has been most useful to you?
