Is/Has anyone used this online scheduling service. How is it working for you? Would you recommend signing up for this type of service with Schedulicity? Is a web page an absolute must in using this service?

Hi I just signed on with Schedulicity. I am still trying to decide if I like it. Make sure to read all the small print when it comes to setting up your information. My clients so far love it!! They love the email reminders and the fact they can go online and rebook or schedule for themself.

I did not read all the information when setting up my page and when a client booked online I never was notified, but that was my mistake:) The online support is great too. I am sticking with it for now. Good luck to you.

I've been noticing their ad on my facebook page and they've been advertising a 30 day free trial, did you use that before you signed up

We just started using Zazuba - it's free but I also think it's only available in Washington, D.C. for now. So far it's been pretty successful at driving new business. I also *think* that our clients are booking more frequently when they can book online but that could be my imagination. It would be interesting to compare the booking frequency of specific clients pre- and post- online booking.
Yes Elana did the 30 day trial (great idea) thats when I figured out all the quirks and now its great!!!! Have you joined yet?
Hello Elena,

I am also currently using Schedulicity, I like it, but I cant seem to get clients or potential clients to use it, but I do live in an area (small town) where the people arent very tech savy...

I do have the Schedule Now tab on my Facebook, and I have plenty of fans/friends but not getting the steady flow of clients yet... I will be sticking with it for now, cause it is easy to use, and all my advertising is printed with it.

Good Luck,

New here and late to most conversations, but trying to contribute! :)

I use www.tunengo.com!  Love it.

Hope you were able to find something that works for you.

Also late to the convo but for new searchers I thought I'd add my two cents.....

I originally used Schedulicity, and loved their marketing module....but had to change because it was critical that I have real time, two way live synchronization with Google calendar. Schedulicity was very poor in this respect and their support forum blamed Google for the issue . Other softwares had their own problems with what seemed like a simple task.  Full Slate, while bit more (30.00 per mo) was flawless. I also liked the way it handled the client database and emailing. 3 months into it, I'd have to give it a very high ranking.

We recently switched to Full Slate and so far I love it.  The owner side is very intuitive making it easy to use and very functional.  The clients also seem to like it; it has a very user-friendly interface.  It has Google calendar synchronization.

I've been using schedulicity for quit awhile now and I really like it.  I have had great feedback from my clients.  I love how I can keep all my clients information and notes there and the marketing emails I can send to all my clients for specials or monthly newsletters.  I have had no issues with it and would recommend it.

Elena,

I have been using Schedulicity since November 2012 and have been very pleased with this service.  Their customer support is terrific, with great response time.  They are open to suggestions on improving their service.

There are little quirks in the program, for example if I leave the page open overnight, the appointments appear to be on the wrong day.  However a 'refresh' rectifies it immediately.  There is a lag time between their software and Google Calendar if you use it, but I have not had an issue with it at all.  My clients like it very much and it has made scheduling completely hands off for me.  I used to go back and forth between voicemail and texting which frankly was time consuming and could be frustrating.  Now I just get a text when there is a booking or a cancellation.

Best of luck with whatever you decide to do.  I have been very pleased with this service.

Carly
