? - - seated massage event

I have a massage chair with a working weight of 350 pounds. Some event participants may weigh more, but don't know or admit. I don't want to offend anyone, put them in an unsafe situation, or damage my chair. Has anyone actually dealth with this issue and how did it turn out? Thanks, Denise

Thanks, Samantha! Your suggestion is helpful, and addresses another real concern (knees). I don't want to exclude anyone from a massage, but I worry about their safety. Some folks actually 'apologize' for their size which makes me feel terrible. I tell them that it is not an issue (and it's not!), and focus on their discomforts. Thanks to our chats, I feel much more prepared to include everyone in the upcoming event. Many thanks! Denise
