Software for small client base

I'm a single therapist on booth rent and I want to find a simple and easily navigated MTsoftware to use for my business. I would like to be able to cross refference my clients by name and phone number. Look up notes and pertinent info, etc. I probably have between 300-400 clients that I would need to enter into the software but not all are active. I just feel like some of the software options out there are a little in depth for a single therapist business. Any suggestions?

great question. any feedback or progress in your research? we just developed an iphone app for LMTs and would like to develop more solutions for the profession. the more you can share with me about your specific needs/functionality the more we can visualize and put something together. thank you
