You would think it would be big business but there are no stores like this in my area that I know of (midwest).  I sure wish there were though because as much as I love Massage Warehouse, sometimes I need something right away and wished I could just pop in a store and buy it.  Also, don't like paying for shipping.  I have often wondered why there are no massage supply stores other than the online ones.

There is one here but it is an hour away and i dont think the people here even know about it. there are some people who live in the city where it is that dont even know it is there. I think it would do great as long as it just doesnt cater to LMTs. If it could serve the estheticians, and anyone in the spa industry it would do well

There was a supply store in Jackson, MS years ago, but I have moved away and don't know if it is still there. 

There are none in this area, (Mobile, AL) ... so yes I have thought about it. But that is about as far as I have gotten with thinking about it! LOL

Try Banner Therapy! I think two guys built it and they have a huge inventory.
