Systemic Staph Infection

I just booked a new client who still suffers pain from a systemic staph infection 2 years ago. Does anyone have any experience with this? She says her doctors have declared her clear, but I have a nagging nervousness about this infection. My questions are:

Is my standard alcohol and water disinfectant enough to sanitize after she leaves?

Is the sanitize setting on my washer/dryer enough, or do I need to add bleach?

Should she be cleared by her doctor to receive massage?

Any ideas on what to look for during treatment, or what my focus should be?

I've been practicing for 6+ years, so I don't know why I'm feeling so suddenly insecure about this particular client. She seems like a great gal, and I enjoyed conversing with her during phone intake, but  it's this systemic staff infection that's got me nervous!
