Things to be getting ready for while your a student

Ok so I wanted to get a few more discussions going on here so this is going to be my first one. Since I am a student that would like to work in the medical side of massage. What are some things I need to be doing so I can get a job at a doctors office or hospital when I graduate? Any advice from the well seasoned therapist that have gone this direction at one time? I would like to work at the UTMB hospital that is down the road. It will be opening about the time I finish school.

What should I do to increase my chances of working there?
