TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) Beneficial by Massage?

I have a client that has migraines, and her doctor told her they were an indication of TIA, which she reported has happened to her a couple of times. She is on a Tylenol and "something" (she didn't have the script with her) to help, and to keep her arteries/veins open. She has a significant amount of varicose veins on her legs and feet, so much so that I could massage past mid-calf.

I am curious if the amount of varicose veins could be the link to the clots causing the TIA's and if I should discontinue massage all together or if upper body massage would still be beneficial.

Any information helps!

Thanks everyone!
