Trade Room at AMTA 2012 National Convention
Id like to set up a room at the AMTA 2012 National Convention where we can congregate, share techniques, learn, and best of all -take time to heal ourselves!

Great idea, Robin! But make sure it's cool with the AMTA folks. Oftentimes hosts have restrictions with respect to space, etc. But I'm sure they'd be willing to hear you about your wonderful idea.

Thanks so much for your response, Leslie! I touched base with Chris Kirbabas and waiting to hear back regarding the logistics. Hopefully it will work out but I'll keep everyone posted :)

Just to keep everyone updated:
I received word from Chris. Unfortunately, we cannot formally rent a room as space is limited. However, please keep a look out at the Convention. It may be easier to set something up weekend of. If this is possible, I will make an announcement.
