training for pediatric oncology massage???

I am trying to identify training courses or programs on oncology massage for children with cancer.  I am aware of the good courses offered by Tina Allen through her Liddle Kidz Foundation, but wondering if there are any others out there? If you know of any, I'd be grateful if you bring them to my attention. Thanks.
