traveling for Continuing Education

I was wondering if anyone can guide me in the right direction. I am looking for continuing education courses, but looking to combine travel opportunities with training. I am interested in myofascial, myoskeleton, structural integration, or anything sports or clinical training. Preferably travel out of the country, but great courses within the states are definitely of interest. Please let me know if there is a website or link that has all this information posted in a single location. Thank you!
