I am wondering if anyone has used the CEU's offered by the world massage conference for their requirements, if so did you submit all the ceu's using one out of state form?IL charges $25 for each form, so I'm wondering if I can use ONE form.

I'm also wondering which instructor name to use on the form, since they are all signed by Eric Brown and another gentleman, Scott (can't make out his last name)?

I paid for my license renewal online, and am guessing I still need to send in the CEU info postmarked by Thurs or Fri? Or do I wait for the IDPR to contact me since most of my CEU's are out of state anyway? Has anyone gone through this process, I can't believe this info is so hard to find, or I'm not looking in the right places...

HElp! I'm running out of time, and have looked everywhere for these answers since last month!

Gracias:)

I've attached the out of state ceu form

Scott Darnell is on this site. Go look for his page and send him a message. What I have found by doing my own research is, not all the instructors the WMC uses is NCB approved.  Over half were not. That is why you have Eric's name on the certificate and not the instructor's name. Eric and Scott represent the conference and the conference is NCB approved. Not all instructor's they use. Since I have discovered this, I will no longer participate in the "World Massage Conference. They are also running the American Massage Conference which is supposed to have so many FREE 1 hour classes. Well the list of those classes have not been released yet and I was told by them, that  was because they wanted to make sure all instructors were NCB approved. Sounds fishy to me. I will not participate with this one either just because of their history of not using instructors that are NCB approved. I am in Florida and know nothing if your laws. I just hope this info helps you later on. You can always to go the NCBTMB.com and check out if any one instructors are NCB approved. That is what I did and discovered so many were not approved.
thanks for the info! I guess I will have to use the credits I need for my renewal, hope it doesn't cause trouble down the road, ugh. oh well, what is done is done, I don't even want to know what will happen if they say I can't use those CEU's!!
