ARIANA INSTITUTE’S REIKI LEVEL ONE CE CLASS – Reiki (pronounced 'Ray Key') is a Japanese healing art that was synthesized into being by Mikao Usui in the late 1800's in Japan. "Reiki" is a Japanese word for the concept: "Universal Life Energy." Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit. In this experiential class, participants will have the opportunity to be guided in a system of simple hand positions for Reiki treatment sessions.  A comprehensive course notebook is provided at no additional charge. The Reiki Level One course teaches the basic theories of how to work with Reiki energy. Class participants are guided through a system of simple hand positions for Reiki treatment sessions. Information is also shared regarding the use of the Reiki symbol as a technique for centering, clearing and balancing. Participants will have opportunities to experience practical applications of the benefits of Reiki as they give and receive a Reiki session during the experiential portion of the class. This class is open to all interested parties. 6 hours of CE credit for Licensed Massage Therapists and Texas Licensed Professional Counselors.

DATE AND TIME: Class meets from 12 pm to 7 pm on Sunday, December 18, 2011.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: If you register for two or more classroom CE courses in one year, you will receive a 10% savings. Registration will be considered complete when tuition is paid.
