ARIANA INSTITUTE’S SELF CARE AND BODY MECHANICS CE CLASS – The Self Care and Body Mechanics for the Massage Therapist curriculum includes discussion, demonstration and brainstorming regarding how LMT's can make their work easier. Topics include body mechanics and movement skills, basic self care, nurturing yourself while nurturing others, communication skills, centering techniques, setting your intention for the session, ethics, and healthy boundaries. There will be opportunities to observe proper body mechanics and receive feedback regarding body mechanics. 6 hours of CE credit for Licensed Massage Therapists.

DATE AND TIME: Class meets from 12 pm to 7 pm on Sunday, September 25, 2011.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: If you register for two or more classroom CE courses in one year, you will receive a 10% savings. Registration will be considered complete when tuition is paid. Each class must have a minimum of ten students in order to take place.
