Medical Monday Panel Discussion - Seasonal Depression (SAD) and The Holiday Blues 

Ariana Vincent will participate in a panel discussion with a wide cross section of practitioners of integrative medicine and massage where the focus will be on Seasonal Depression (SAD) and the Holiday Blues.  

Ariana Vincent, LMT, MTI, NCTMB, founded the Ariana Institute in Austin where she weaves a variety of skills into her accomplished massage and  teaching practice, integrating pain management and body-mind awareness. Ariana approaches the complexities of SAD to include meditation as a therapeutic tool.
