Course Description: Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit. Reiki Level One offers basic theories and practical applications of how to work with Reiki energy. Class participants are guided through simple hand positions for Reiki sessions. Information is shared regarding the use of the Reiki symbol as a technique for centering, clearing and balancing. Participants will experience giving and receiving a Reiki session during the experiential portion of the class. 6 hours of CE credit for Licensed Massage Therapists throughout the US, for Texas Licensed Professional Counselors and by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

About The Instructor: Ariana Vincent, LMT, MTI, NCTMB CE provider. Ariana has been a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui lineage) for 13 years and has participated in cross-cultural spiritual studies for 32 years. She is a nationally certified Massage Therapy Instructor and Continuing Education Provider and she has a full-time private massage therapy practice in Austin.
