Updating and modifying online massage therapy CE courses at Ariana Institute: certificates are available immediately upon completion, more graphics are being added to assessments and the timeline for completion of the CE courses has increased from 2 months to 1 year. Energetic Trauma Release: This class is designed to increase your knowledge regarding working compassionately and effectively with the effects of trauma/chronic stress in your practice. Learn how secondary trauma affects those dealing with trauma and abuse with others. Learn how “triggers” affect a person after the event or trauma is over and how to release them, replacing fear motivated behavior with a sense of calm.

Mind, Body, Self-Care strategies:

When someone experiences emotional or physical trauma, illness, chronic stress, surgery, suppressed or negative feelings, this causes “energy blocks” in the body, affecting our health and well being.
Mind, Body Self-Care Strategies

Are you too stressed to relax? This class will show you mind-body techniques that can reduce the harmful effects of stress. As caregivers we need to take care of ourselves in order to be of service to anyone else. Learn stress-warning signs, stress reducers, learn to assess your mind, body, spirit level, meditation, energetic relaxation techniques, labyrinth and much more.

POPULATIONS WHO WOULD BENEFIT:
Massage therapists, nurses, therapists, counselors, doctors, EMTs/Paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement, military, veterans, teachers, counselors, PT/OT, clergy, educators, and disaster workers, energy practitioners, any individuals working in high stress environments, or as a self-care model.
