cupping abdomen for reduction of adheasions

Have you had any experience in the successful reduction of adheasions within the abdomen for the underlying tissues, from fibroid cysts and removal of?

What technique did you find worked best, how often and how many sessions? Did you find the flame cups were the best approach?

I have new client that I am working with manual massage and have used cupping on my other clients for other ailments and scar tissue in other areas of the body with great success!  I am taking another course in October as I can get enough information fast enough :)  Looking for experince in this specific situation that others have worked on and can share.
