Eastern Lomi group - interesting.
Michael McDowell and I were just 'talking about it today'. Our thought(s)
to have a weekend perhaps where practitioners can join together and receive/give some bodywork...share experiences....
yes colleges are great places. We are definitely thinking something 'inexpensive' so people can come and do something good for themselves.

The people both of us know are from various parts of the state. We thought one on his end East coast and another on my end. So maybe twice a year??? A sort of reunion for lovers of lomi. ;)
Doesn't have to be just lomi - interesting thought
It could be a healers weekend.

Sounds great to me. Is there a Eastern Lomi Group that you can work with? Where are the strengths of Lomi in this area? Just Lomi? Where do most of the folks, wanting to come, live? How long of a gathering? Do you have volunteer locations? Colleges are great to keep costs down. Tell me your thoughts nd if you can get a group together, I'll do what I can.

I was speaking to our College Michael, also on this group and we would love to hold a Lomi Ohana group gathering/practice etc. sometime
in the near future. Two options: East Coast of No. Carolina or Asheville, NC region. We are thinking it would be wonderful to share the gift of this loving healing modality, share experiences, ideas and more.
Interested? Let me/us know and pass the word.
Possible dates: Nov '09, Jan '10, Feb '10???

Hi Everyone......I have taken a 3 day Lomi Lomi class and really enjoyed learning the techniques. However, it was a lot to absorb and retain in the 3 days. I am looking forward to learning more by joining this group. Is there a DVD on Lomi Lomi front and back techniques?
