Renting Rooms
I am in process of renting rooms on a as need basis. I wanted to know if you were me. Would you use a invoice to tally up the days and times therapists use the rooms.

No, I rent on an as needed basis and I require payment before they leave that day. Otherwise you spend a lot of your time tracking down who was there when and figuring out if anything was paid or not. Just keep it simple AND it is much easier for them to pay you $10 o $20 on the spot than $150 at the end of the month.
