massage and health insurance

I am currently working at a massage clinic and I was offered to come in for an interview at a chiropractic/wellness center. I would like to be prepared with the propper questions when I go for the interview. My question lies in how to approach asking about the type of pay i would recieve. The place I am interviewing at is in a neighboring state(I am in new jersey the interview is in pennsylvania) and massage is covered by health insurance in Pennsylvania. I do not know how this works regarding the type of pay I should ask for or what is considered appropriate as my experience thus far has been working in a setting where there is a percentage split with the owner of the business. I want to be prepared with the right type of questions for this type of setting. Any advice suggestions that can be offered up would be most appreciated!
