Hi Nicole,

I can speak from my experiences of practicing for 15 years. In the beginning I took any work I could get; hotels, chiropractors, salons, corporate chair massage, etc. I finally decided that medical/integrative work was where I was happiest but all of my previous experiences taught me a great deal and helped me develop my technique.

Take some time and try to narrow down what your perfect demographic is; if you love doing Swedish, look at spas/salon work etc.

Hope that helps!

Thank you so much. I think I'm going to try to gear myself toward a healthcare facility since I know how to give therapeutic massage.
