Healing Touch and animals

The Healing Touch Program offers a certification for Healing Touch for animals.  Energy based techniques would make a great combination with animal massage.  Has anyone ever used energy work with their work with massage and animals?

I'm a certified Healing Touch Practitioner and although I have not gone thru the Healing Touch for animals program, I have used energy work with great success on dogs and cats.  One friend's dogs get my attention whenever I'm over there, to be sure they get their "session".
