Does anyone have a Stronglite Versatile Pro Table?

It's so lightweight-I'm really looking forward to doing travel massage with it. My question is and I will contact Stronglite as well-why doesn't the face cradle holder lock into the table? The face cradle adjusts to different heights but I don't like how it attaches to the table. It seems like if a client wiggled and moved up while prone-the face cradle may just come right out of the holes that it fits into on the table? Is this normal? I remember I am not comfortable on those tables as we had some like that style at school.
