An accidental blooper: ouch

I had a bad day last Friday. My oldest client, 91 years, has trouble rolling over. I usually lift her up and help her turn over. Well, Friday she was having trouble and I used my forearm to roll her over. As she turned over I heard a "pop" coming from her rib. OOPS! I called her son afterwards and he brought her home. A phone call later, she was in some pain but OK, her doctor said an x-ray probably wasn't needed. I feel terrible. I know that was an accident, and it's never happened to me before.
I will keep checking with her to see if she's alright.
