Hello! I read an article about Bowen when I started massage school and put it in the back of my mind until recently. I'm quite interested to learn what it's all about!

Hi, I'm glad there is a Bowen group. I'm enrolled to take module in September and really learn more about this very interesting modality of bodywork. My main goal is to incorporate Bowen as a way to treat sport injuries.

Hi Terry, thanks for your input. I have heard of Gene and was aware he was teaching. I understand that there are so many techniques in the USA, that Bowen can get lost under all the other techniques. I have been ciming across to teach in the USA for 6 years now and have presented at conferences. It is slow, however there are more and more people coming on board. I have been asked to teach in Ohio, it is just working out a suitable time. As for Bowen in Australia, it is alive and well. We'll get there once people realise how good it is. Regards,

Hi Michelle, thankyou for your comment. Bowen has been around now (in various formats) for about 20 years. So I guess it is still relatively young. It has however shared a huge response, largely to Oswald and Elaine Rentsch and now others who have had connections to Mr Bowen. I'd like to see it become bigger and even more popular in the future. I took Bowen Therapy seminars a few years back with Oswald Rentsch and his wife. Thanks for starting this group. Excellent cross fiber technique!
