Welcome to California Massage Therapists!

Hello everyone! I'm so glad to see that ABMP has put together this great community networking site for massage and bodywork professionals, and seeing that there wasn't a group for California based therapists, I decided to create one.

My hope with this group is to offer a place where California therapists can come together and discuss issues that we face in our professions, as well as the changing regulatory climate here in our state.

Feel free to introduce yourselves and use this group as a forum to meet and share!

Thank you for starting this group Taylor. It's a pleasure to meet you. A couple of other resources you may be interested in (if you don't know about them already) are LinkedIn.com and Meetup.com. LinkedIn.com is primarily business networking and I would be pleased to have you (California Massage Therapists) connect with me through that site. Meetup.com is an interest based social networking platform. There are literally 1000s of groups that meet up online and locally based upon their interest, i.e., massage therapy, small business owners, pets, dancing, sports, book clubs, etc., etc., etc. It is nice to see what people are interested in, in addition to their business interests.
