Good afternoon everybody. I am also a native of Colorado, Lakewood being my home stompin' grounds. I have by office in Greenwood Village (DTC). We are at the N end of the Orchard Light Rail Station. I graduated from Cambridge College/Anthem in 2002. I am also an aromatherapist and do a lot of research on alternative and complementary treatments for respiratory problems. I've had great success in treating my clients with asthma and reactive airways disease. I'm on the advisroy board for Anthem College and am available to do guest speaking at the massage colleges on what employers are looking for, personal safety for the mobile massage therapist, safety with essential oils and massage and the like.

Hi Eeris,

PUSH stands for pressure under soft hands. It is describe a specialize muscle therapy, and is designed to relieve and eliminate chronic and acute pain originating in soft tissues. PUSH has a treatment plan which includes treatment, self-trreatment, PUSH mobility, and PUSH core strenghtening. The goal of PUSH is to change the soft-tissue structure of the body so that long-term improvements in function, performance, and pain relief are achieved. I really like PUSH. It has been great to actually see the dramatic change in a client's body. The changes in the body will stay because of the treatment plan. If anyone is interested you can go to www.pushtherapy.com. They have classes in Longmont every year. There is an article on their website from the Massage and Bodywork Magazine that can explain it in more detail.

Hi again Eeris - I work with women going thru treatment and the foundation pays for their services that I provide at a discounted rate. Very gentle, sometimes it's just hands and feet or reiki. I am just now getting back into it after having a baby (2 years ago;) I also joined your group for massage and breast cancer.
