By incorporating crystals into your massage it helps to releve tension, promote relaxation and great in energy healing! One of the most common way to use the stones is with a grid. A crystal grid can be laid out on and/or around the body that correlates with the need, and can be placed intuitively by the therapist. Anyone interested in or currently using crystals and gemstones into their bodywork can join. Sharing methods and ideas is encouraged.

Shawna~ Being someone who uses stones in my Energy Therapy practice, the best advice I can give is use your intuition and listen to what the stones are telling to you. The "right" stone will come to you that is most appropriate for the client and the situation. There may be a variety of stones that can be used for one issue, but only one may be the best for the client you are working with. Much Love.

Hi Shawna, welcome and I can help you get started. If your not currently working with crystals now the first step is to learn more about the healing properties of each crystal -since they all have differant quailites. If you need help finding someone in your area that has workshops let me know.
