I do agree. I need to look into science behind the benefits, but I have been trying Infrared Saunas on my own and many of our clients with such conditions are reporting benefits from it. There is a Infrared sauna at the Yoga place I go to. I find that helps reduce inflammation and stress.
We offer a heated Thai Ball treatment, the MT's who have taken the course love it. Its not as foofy as hot stone and offers the benefits of herbal healing.
