Has anyone tried these yet? I'm really pushing myself for the greater good...HOWEVER... the price of these sets are slighty absurd. So, if anyone is using them, please let me know how they're working. What is the texture like and are they holding up well? I know you get what you pay for... Also, if you were able to find them at a semi-reasonable price, spill it!

Bonny Donnely informed me that she uses these sheets and that they are great. She also said that they are softer than cotton. Any other feed back?
I saw these at the Spa Convention in Hickory, NC, They felt really nice to me. I did invite the vendor to next year's Festival!
Most bamboo sheets or other articles made from this "fabric" are really only Rayon. It is still an import, mainly from China, but could be grown in many parts of the USA. The harvesting, processing, packaging, and shipping are generally FAR from being Green.

My preference for Green sheets is to use organic cotton, but probably the Greenest is to raid your granny's linen closet and "recycle" what has already been manufactured-long ago at lower production costs and with far less processing.
I agree with this. My husband and I recently had to replace our waterbed and we'd had it so long there was a learning curve to the process because of all the more recent materials being used (latex, bamboo, memory foam, wool, etc.) I discovered that bamboo sheet production is just as compromising to the environment as any other blends. Sounds good, but thats all. 100% cotton is the way to go - for me.

I ordered organic cotton fitted and flat sheets from Universal Massage Pro. I can't remember from where they are sourced, possibly India.
