Insurance Billing in MA, can someone help?!

I am a sole practitioner of 5 years with a new office in Taunton.  I am looking to talk to someone who is familiar with the procedures and protocols that Insurance Billing entails.  I don't know if I want to go this route so it would be helpful if I could chat with soemone who has or is using this method of payment.
